- How long will it take to get my order?
For our flat-rate $5 shipping, the order typically takes 2 - 2.5 weeks to be delivered to our customers in Canada or the US. This is because in order to provide our customers subsidized shipping rates, our items must be shipped directly from our manufacturers in Asia.
- What is your return policy?
We offer a full refunds if it has been 35 days and your order still has not been received . However, if you have received your order and wish to return it, the shipping cost incurred must be covered by you. Once the package is shipped back to our manufacturers in Asia, the the cost of the product will be refunded.
- How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the account or e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 5 business days, please contact us at email@example.com.
- Where’s my package?
We typically process your orders same-day. When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order.
