These are impressive plants that are prized for their dramatic foliage. A single leaf can grow to be two feet wide and stems can reach five or more feet, depending on the variety. Upright elephant ears have shiny leaves that often display colorful variegations. They can be grown indoors as well as out. They have a more spreading habit and their leaves typically have a velvety surface texture.

- How long will it take to get my order?
For our flat rate $5 shipping, the order typically takes 2 - 2.5 weeks to be delivered to our customers in Canada or the US. In order for us to provide this subsidized shipping, our orders are shipped individually from our manufacturers in Asia.
- What is your return policy?
We offer a full refunds if it has been 35 days and your order still has not been received. However, if you have received your order and wish to return it, the shipping cost incurred must be covered by you. Once the package is received by our manufacturers in Asia, the the cost of the product will be refunded.
- How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the account or e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 5 business days, please contact us at customerservice@slait.ca.
- Where’s my package?
We typically process your orders same-day. When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.
